Community Guidelines
Faltan is a friendly place for collectors. These rules keep it safe and honest. Breaking them can get content removed or your account suspended.
The basics
Be honest, be respectful, and collect responsibly. Treat other users the way you'd want to be treated at a real-life swap meet.
Be honest in listings and trades
Only list items you actually own. Describe condition truthfully, use your own real photos, and don't misrepresent authenticity (no fake "sealed", "graded" or "PSA 10" claims without proof). Prices shown in the app are informational — agree the real terms with the other person.
Prohibited and restricted items
Do not list: counterfeits, bootlegs or replicas presented as genuine; stolen goods; items that infringe someone's intellectual-property rights; non-collectibles or off-topic items (Faltan is for collectibles); weapons, hazardous, age-restricted, recalled or otherwise regulated goods; and anything that is illegal to sell, own or export where you or the other person are. If in doubt, don't list it.
Trade and meet safely
Remember no money flows through Faltan — you arrange payment and delivery yourselves, at your own risk. Never pay strangers up front, be wary of anyone pressuring you to "send it first" or to move the conversation to another app, and verify before you pay. If you meet in person, meet in a public, busy place in daylight, tell someone where you're going, and never go to a stranger's home. If you are a minor, only meet or deal with the involvement of a parent, guardian or trusted adult.
Protecting minors
Faltan is for users 16 and older. Any sexualization of, or predatory behaviour towards, minors is strictly forbidden and will be reported to the authorities. If someone asks a minor for their age, photos, secrecy, or to meet alone, report it immediately (use the in-app report or write to legal@faltan.app). We do not tolerate child sexual abuse material and cooperate with law enforcement and child-protection hotlines.
No harassment, scams, hate or spam
No harassment, threats, fraud or scams, hate speech, doxxing, or spam. Don't impersonate others. Keep chat about collecting and trading.
Reporting and enforcement
Use the in-app report and block tools, or write to legal@faltan.app. We log and review reports, remove content that breaks these rules, and suspend repeat or serious offenders. When we action your content or account we aim to tell you why; if you think we got it wrong, you can contest it by replying to that notice or emailing us.
